A Note From the Website

This Super Bowl Squares contest is a free, online game created by your commissioner.

While there are some common scoring rules across different contests, we give contest commissioners the freedom to create their own rules for their squares contest.

Whether you’re new to the concept or a seasoned squares aficionado, we've found it's best to make sure you're familiar with the specific rules of your contest, so you know exactly what to cheer for when watching the game.

Any questions you have about the rules of this contest should be directed towards your contest commissioner, whose contact information is found at the top of every page in this contest.

General Rules
$25 each, 100 squares making a pot worth $2,500

As the game is played, every time there's a score change (by either a Touchdown, a Point After a Touchdown, a 2-point conversion, a Field Goal, or a Safety), the last digit of each team's score will identify a square, and the owner of that square will win $100. Squares can come up multiple times. If you're the lucky holder of the final score's square, you'll get the remainder of the pot!

$100 Will be kept for the house for Admin fees.

The pool is set up for a maximum of 24 score changes (24 x $100 = the total pot of $2400). So if the slim chance the score changes more than 24x the pot will be dry and there will be no winnings.

The initial score of 0-0 will not pay $100, so if the quarter ends with the starting 0-0 score there is no payout! That square is still useful, for when the score hits 10-0, 20-10, etc.
