This Super Bowl Squares contest is a free, online game created by your commissioner.

While there are some common scoring rules across different contests, we give contest commissioners the freedom to create their own rules for their squares contest.

Whether you’re new to the concept or a seasoned squares aficionado, we've found it's best to make sure you're familiar with the specific rules of your contest, so you know exactly what to cheer for when watching the game.

Any questions you have about the rules of this contest should be directed towards your contest commissioner, whose contact information is found at the top of every page in this contest.

Each participant will be randomly assigned the same square to be used each quarter of the Superbowl

No more the five squares can be held by any one participant (email address)

Squares will randomly be assigned by SBPS once all participants have paid

$250 Per Quarter Awarded As Follows:

Actual Score -

Whoever holds the final score at the end each quarter would receive $125. (50%)

Reverse Score -

The owner who hold the reverse of the actual score would receive $40 (16%)

Neighbor Squares -

Squares that touch either horizontal, vertical or diagonal of the Actual Score Box would receive a portion of $60 (24%)

There could be 3 ($20), 5 ($12) or 8 ($7.50) adjacent boxes depending on where the Actual Score Square is located

Combination of Scores -

The owner that has the score when the individual digits of the each teams score is added together would receive $25 (10%)

The digits of the each team scores are added together
