A Note From the Website

This Super Bowl Squares contest is a free, online game created by your commissioner.

While there are some common scoring rules across different contests, we give contest commissioners the freedom to create their own rules for their squares contest.

Whether you’re new to the concept or a seasoned squares aficionado, we've found it's best to make sure you're familiar with the specific rules of your contest, so you know exactly what to cheer for when watching the game.

Any questions you have about the rules of this contest should be directed towards your contest commissioner, whose contact information is found at the top of every page in this contest.

General Rules
The Super Bowl squares consist of 10 vertical columns and 10 horizontal rows, both numbered from zero to nine. The AFC will get the columns and the NFC will get the rows.

Each of the 100 squares inside are then purchased individually with each square priced equally at $25.

You may purchase as many squares as you like. The more squares that are bought, the greater potential for payout.

Once every square has been sold, the numbers assigned to each row and column from 0-9 are selected electronically at random .

The person that gets Row 0, Column 0 will win the assigned prize.

At the end of every quarter, the person whose square corresponds with the intersection of the second digit of each team’s score wins the quarter prize money (for example, a 14–7 score at the end of the first quarter pays out the owner of the square at row 4, column 7).

At the end of every quarter, the person that has the reverse score numbers (per the example above would be row 7, column 4) will win the assigned prize money for a reverse score.

The 4th quarter prize winner will be determined by the final sore of the game in case the game goes into overtime.
