This Super Bowl Squares contest is a free, online game created by your commissioner.

While there are some common scoring rules across different contests, we give contest commissioners the freedom to create their own rules for their squares contest.

Whether you’re new to the concept or a seasoned squares aficionado, we've found it's best to make sure you're familiar with the specific rules of your contest, so you know exactly what to cheer for when watching the game.

Any questions you have about the rules of this contest should be directed towards your contest commissioner, whose contact information is found at the top of every page in this contest.

This is a 'Square Pool', the 10 by 10 grid type of pool where you are randomly assigned a square or squares until the grid is full. When the pool is closed, random numbers will be generated by the website to fill the row and column headers. The row and column header for your square represent your numbers. Winners are determined by the last number in each team’s score at the end of the quarter. For example, let’s say you have Home Team 7 and Away Team 4. If the score at the end of the 1st quarter is Home Team 7 and Away Team 14, you win $150!

GAME

This pool will be based on the Super Bowl between NFC Champ and AFC Champ on Sunday, February 9, 2025.

Each square costs $20 and with 100 total squares sold, that provides a total pool of $2,000 (half of the pool is a direct donation to the team). Payouts per quarter will be as follows:

1st Quarter - $150

2nd Quarter - $300

3rd Quarter - $150

4th Quarter - $400

***The above figures are assuming all 100 squares are sold. In the event that we do not fill all 100 squares and a blank square wins a particular quarter, that money will be considered a Potomac Riverdogs 14U square and the team will keep the winnings for that quarter.

When submitting payment, please include the following in the comments section:
1. Name/Contact email
2. Quantity of Squares
3. Name and Number on the Squares

Please provide a contact email address so the final board can be shared, and payment can be made should you win!

If you need to use a different form of payment, please coordinate with the player family or contact the pool commissioner.
