This Super Bowl Squares contest is a free, online game created by your commissioner.
While there are some common scoring rules across different contests, we give contest commissioners the freedom to create their own rules for their squares contest.
Whether you’re new to the concept or a seasoned squares aficionado, we've found it's best to make sure you're familiar with the specific rules of your contest, so you know exactly what to cheer for when watching the game.
Any questions you have about the rules of this contest should be directed towards your contest commissioner, whose contact information is found at the top of every page in this contest.
General Rules
Score numbers will be randomly assigned and populated into the top row and first column once all 100 squares have been claimed.
The winner is determined by looking at the last number in each teams' score, and then matching those numbers on the grid and seeing which square intersects those two numbers.
Touching squares are eligible for winning but only squares that share an edge, not adjacent squares.
$5 per square. See payment methods.
Payouts will be made in the days following the Super Bowl. See Prize details.
Prizes
4th Quarter/Final Score- $120 for winning square, $20 for surrounding squares that share an edge.
If winning square is in a corner or edge of grid, the remaining $40/$80 will be split evenly between the squares that are sharing an edge.
