A Note From the Website

This Super Bowl Squares contest is a free, online game created by your commissioner.

While there are some common scoring rules across different contests, we give contest commissioners the freedom to create their own rules for their squares contest.

Whether you’re new to the concept or a seasoned squares aficionado, we've found it's best to make sure you're familiar with the specific rules of your contest, so you know exactly what to cheer for when watching the game.

Any questions you have about the rules of this contest should be directed towards your contest commissioner, whose contact information is found at the top of every page in this contest.

General Rules
Scroll down to the contest grid, click on a box you want to claim. Please use your first name and last name (please, no initials or nicknames). You’ll have to either create an account (it’s free) or sign in using your Google or Facebook credentials to claim a box. Be sure to read ‘Full Contest Rules’ (basically what is below).

Rules remain basically the same as in previous years:
- No obligation to play, but you must play for a chance to win.
- Players purchase a box (or multiple boxes) on the contest grid.
- Please use your first name and last name in the box to be perfectly clear (no initials or nicknames, please).
- $5 per box.
- All 100 boxes need to be claimed by 11 AM, Friday, February 7.
- Once all 100 boxes have been claimed, numbers will be randomly drawn using the website’s “Add Random Numbers” function.
- The completed contest grid will be emailed to all players prior to the game.

- $100 payouts for the end of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarter scores.
- $200 payout for the final score.
- Winners will receive payouts after the game and when all cash has been collected.
