- Payments will only be accepted via
Venmo, cash or personal check

- Boxes are numbered 1 - 100, pick your box
and complete the form for each box.

- Payment must be received by Friday,
February 2nd, for your box to be held for
you. If payment is not received, the box will
be opened up for someone else to
purchase.
