Here are the basics:
The winning grid is determined by the last number of the score for each team at the end Q1, Q2, Q3 and the final score.

X and Y axis are randomly assigned numbers 0-9 before the start of the game.

New axis numbers generated for each quarter. New quarter = new game = more winners!

Each winning grid will have secondary winners that are directly adjacent to each side of the winning square (top, bottom, left and right).
